Some info about our Terms of Business
- As we update our Terms of Business (for client hospitals & medical practices) from time to time, the current version is also available just by contacting us.
- When you agree to appoint or contract a doctor introduced by us for an assignment or position with your organisation, you then agree to be bound by our standard Terms of Business, including any notified variation to the same, which shall govern each and every assignment arranged through Triple0 Medical Recruitment.
- You also agree that in the absence of any advice to the contrary received from you prior to a doctor being confirmed in a position or assignment, that these Terms of Business are acceptable and binding.
- This agreement then becomes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all agreements, including any other Terms of Business, previously made between the parties hereto.
