Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter & prizes forms part of these terms & conditions. By entering this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions.  Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
  2. Entry is open to all people registered with the Promoter. In order to be registered, the person must be a doctor eligible to work in NZ or Australia and have sent the Promoter their CV and other documentation required by the Promoter at time of registration.
  3. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  4. This promotion commences at 1 April 2009 and closes 31 March 2010.
  5. To enter, refer three doctor 'friends' to Triple0 Medical Recruitment and this constitutes an entry to the monthly draw. The 'friends' can be referred over an extended period of time, although entry to the monthly draw will not take place until the third referral is received. There is one entry per three 'friends' referred. Each different set of three 'friends' will give one monthly draw entry.
  6. Each monthly draw will take place on the last business day of every calendar month. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize stated on the promoter's website. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email (where appropriate).
  7. When all 3 referred 'friends' start work with Triple0 (either in a locum or permanent position) then the referrer will receive the prize stated on the promoter's website.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
  9. The prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
  10. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize.
  11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury, suffered or sustained during the course of participating in this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Triple0 Privacy Policy.
  13. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. In the event that any part of the prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter's reasonable endeavours to procure within New Zealand, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

By entering this promotion, the prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
  16. The prize will only be delivered in New Zealand or Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery of their prize.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  18. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
