General Medicine Physician Vacancy: 

•    Wednesday 6th August 0800-Friday 8th August 1600: on call on Thursday 

•    Monday 8th September 0800-Sunday 14th September by 1600: on call Tuesday, Friday & Saturday with post take on Sunday until 1200-1600ish
•    Tuesday 23rd September 0800-Sunday 28th September by 1600: on call Tuesday, Friday & Saturday with post take on Sunday until 1200-1600ish

•    Friday 17th October 0800-Sunday 19th October by 1600: on call Friday & Saturday with post take on Sunday until 1200-1600ish

•    Monday 1st December 0800-Friday 5th December 1600: 2 x on call days
•    Monday 15th December 0800-Sunday 21st December by 1600: on call Tuesday, Friday & Saturday with post take on Sunday until 1200-1600ish

Return travel and accommodation is provided and booked for you. 

National Pay rates: $1500 per day, $500 per on call, $4500 per 4pm Fri to 8am Mon.

This is a busy rural hospital & is set in the heart of it’s region. The hospital is a teaching hospital & provides a full range of secondary care including medical, surgical, paediatric, assessment & rehabilitation, high dependency care, mental health and O&G services.

The hospital is based in the region’s largest town and is the perfect base from which to explore the whole region.  There are numerous historical towns and wineries nearby as well as the coast is not too far away.
