Required Skills:

• Registration and licensure as a Medical Practitioner with specialist qualification in Urology.
• Proven experience in general urology practice.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in minimally invasive or endoscopic urological techniques.
• Research or teaching experience in urology.
• Ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Fellowship trained or equivalent in Urology.
• Several years of postgraduate experience in urology, ideally within a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in New Zealand or similar healthcare systems.

Other Requirements:

• Valid medical registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
• Current practicing certificate.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
