Required Skills & Essential Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy surgical environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with aesthetic and cosmetic procedures
• Knowledge of latest advancements in reconstructive techniques
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary clinical projects or audits
• Skills in teaching or mentoring junior staff
