• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)

• Experience in acute or emergency medicine

• Demonstrated involvement in quality improvement initiatives
• Flexibility with working hours and on-call duties

Preferred Experience

• Relevant postgraduate clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting

• Engagement in ongoing professional development activities
