Required Skills & Essential Qualifications

• Proven clinical capability in general medicine, with a focus on haematology or related specialties
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in haematology or hematology-related roles
• Skills in clinical audit, research, or quality improvement initiatives
